Kingsdown Shepherds Hut is nestled at the top of the garden of one of the oldest cottages in the coastal village of Kingsdown. Accessed via a private entrance off the street and just a few minutes stroll to the beach. This quaint, historic village has 3 pubs, a post office/shop & an excellent butcher. One can walk along the promenade or drive to Deal, visiting the fabulous independent shops, Saturday market, restaurants & pubs. An ideal base to explore the White Cliffs & surrounding areas

Characterful, cosy cottage 2 mins from the Beach

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Set on the white clifftops over looking Kingsdown private beach with far reaching views; This Scandinavian style chalet is both quirky and unique. The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Pretty Kingsdown holiday home

Judith welcomes you to this lovely house in the popular village of Kingsdown. Just a short stroll down the road brings you to the beautiful, unspoilt beach where you will find one of our three lovely local pubs, all serving food if you don't want to cook! There is a lovely sunny private rear garden to enjoy and off-road parking for 2 cars. A walk along the seafront will bring you to Deal and a short drive will take you to historic Sandwich and Canterbury, not forgetting Dover Castle.

Little Cottage by the sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Chalet 90 offers accommodation for 5 persons across three bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath shower, ideal for those wanting a relaxing bath, or children who love baths. Refurbished in early 2024 this scandi style chalet offers comfortable interior tastefully decorated in neutral tones and a front deck to take in the sea views with the morning to late afternoon sun.

Close to the pretty village of Kingsdown which has a post office/grocery store and a butchers/delicatessen. It also boasts three local pubs, including the popular Zetland Arms situated right on the beach and moments away. The property is also directly on the national coast path between Dover, St Margaret’s Bay and Deal.

THE VICTORY - KINGSDOWN

Formerly a fisherman's pub on Kingsdown beach The Victory is a much loved coastal retreat - in a beautiful and still somewhat undiscovered corner of England at the end of the White Cliffs of Dover and just 1.5 hours from London. The Victory has a Nordic theme inside with wood paneling and painted floorboards. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Please note: weekend bookings require a Friday and Saturday night.

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home.
