A spacious and comfortable flatlet in the serene surroundings of Kloof, KZN. The flat can sleep 2 people. Fully equiped kitchen. Bathroom with shower only. The layout of the bathroom is not condusive to being wheel chair friendly. The flat has its own lounge where full Dstv is available. We have a dedicated desk for guests who need to work from the premises. WiFi password is provided to our guests on arrival. The property is very safe & offers undercover parking. Avonlea Guest House is a charming self-catering unit nestled in the heart of beautiful Kloof near Durban, situated right next to Memorial Park. Avonlea is a newly renovated studio apartment, fully furnished and all appliances are brand new, which include a smart TV (full DSTV bouquet &Netflix), washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave, mini oven/stove, kettle, toaster and airconditioner. Inverter so there will be lights and TV during load shedding. It is suitable for a single person or a couple.

MacLeod House Guest Cottage-Nature lovers' getaway

MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 'must see' for nature lovers.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The main space is open-plan and includes the lounge, kitchen, and reading nook (a personal fave, plus this can turn into a second bed!). In the bedroom, a king-size bed awaits you, along with an alcove that serves as a walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower and toilet. We love our cottage, and we think you will too!
