Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

LARKSPUR LODGE wedding venue is a 7minute walk away, town is just a 10 min walk and we are a 15 mins walk from the gardens and parkland of TATTON PARK. Knutsford has direct rail links to Chester, central Manchester and the Metrolink tram at Altrincham.

A beautiful little cottage located in the quiet village of Plumley with its own private parking, garden and patio area. The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
