They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. Σπίτι σε λόφο με θέα τη παραλία του χωριού Λιβαδιού μισή ώρα από την πόλη της Καρύστου. Η θάλασσα απέχει 5 λεπτά με όχημα, ωστόσο υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση με τα πόδια από το σπίτι (μέσω από φτιαγμένο μονοπατι). Επίσης, βρίσκεται 20 λεπτά από τον καταρράκτη του Πλατανιστού.
