On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του οικήματος. Είναι ολοκαίνουριο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η βεράντα του έχει υπέροχη θέα το Λεωνίδιο και τον κοκκινόβραχο. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στις εγκαταστάσεις του σπιτιού. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

Perfekt as a base to combine all the attractions in Sparta, Mystras and mount Taygetos. Also it's about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beaches in Gytheio, Mavrovouni and Bathi. The apartment is located on the groundfloor of a bigger house with total 3 Floors. It has a separate entrance and access to the garden in the back.

Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.
