Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.
