Με απόσταση 3χμ από το κέντρο του νησιού και 2xμ από τη νότια πλευρά του, το Παλιό Λιμάνι με τα εστιατόρια και τη νυχτερινή ζωή, καθιστά τα διαμερίσματα Κουζουνός ιδανική τοποθεσία για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Με θέα την παραλία Κουζουνός με τα σμαραγδένια νερά μόλις 40μέτρα άμεσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Αναπνεύστε.. Σπέτσες!

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Close to super market/bus terminal/ bakery. Fully equiped (comfortable orthopedic mattresses, kitchenette/personal care products/wi-fi, A/C), with ample veranda, atrium for dining! (It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)
