This Cycladic style traditional house is located in a panoramic position within a private complex of 3 houses, a studio and a big shared pool, perched uphill from Marcelo beach (1 km) and only 3 km away from the port of Parikia. This house is built on 3 levels and it is fully equipped. Sheets/towels are provided. Car or scooter is definetely necessary. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
