Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

The apartment is only a few meters away from the water and offers breathtaking views. The bay offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the turquoise sea. Within a few minutes you can reach the old pirate town Ulcinj, the longest sand beach of Montenegro and beautiful olive gardens. The panoramic mountains invite you to hike, explore hidden monasteries and ancient villages. A perfect starting point for your adventures.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis under the olives.This unique place has a style all its own. Beautiful cabin near Ulcinj and Bar,surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region.The cabin is located on the main road,in a very beautiful and quiet place between green olive trees. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day.
