Hello and welcome to this comfy yet sophisticated multi levels townhome. I believe it is a great home to entertain guests and enjoy. Whether it is cooking out on the propane grill or watching one of several tv's on Fios dvr, Netflix and wifi. You can enjoy sitting at the bar as your friends or family cook in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances provided . All the rooms have closets which are accessible and I try my best to make you feel comfortable yet being true to myself and family.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

This space was just renovated and now has its own private bathroom on the same level! The above-ground rental has a full bathroom, queen size bed and kitchenette (small fridge, microwave and coffee maker) making sure you have the basics needed for exploring the area. Keyless access makes for easy check in. Located on a quiet residential street, you’ll get the rest you need for your time working or exploring the area.
