The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.

The house is at the plain of Leonidio surrounded by olive and orange trees. It is only 100 meters from the sea with beautiful view of the mountains! Upstairs there is one bedroom with one double bed and a veranda with nice view. Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds. There is also parking space. Feel the vibe of a Greek Farmhouse enjoying the relax and beauty of nature. The fireplace can be used after cosultation.

My place is relatively close to the city center, 7 km and has a wonderful and unique view. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away. On the beach and a few meters from it, there are two traditional taverns offering delicious dishes. You can swim in the crystal blue waters of the beach, in our large clean swimming pool or walk on the green slopes above the sea, gazing at the endless blue sky and enjoying the ultimate balance of nature.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
