There are some lovely local walks and pubs to visit, but if you wanted to venture further, the coast and gorgeous Northumberland are also within easy reach. Adult only.

Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms are cosy with a cottage feel with a wood burning fire inside the living room. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. Two bedroom property with a large gated driveway for secure parking and outdoor seating area. The property is located on the main bus route between Newcastle (3 miles) and Durham (12 miles) with buses running every 20 minutes and once an hour after midnight. We are located 15 minutes walk from the Angel of the North and next door to a pub which is open for food daily. The local high street is a 15 minute walk with a huge selection of pubs, bars and restaurants.
