Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
