On the site of The Old School House & The Royal British Legion, Poppy Cottage is a newly refurbished & extended, luxury, true cottage at the heart of this wonderful, rural Village, a perfect base for exploring the area. The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Haven Cala Gran Fleetwood-8 Berth Caravan (Wifi)

This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

Crumbleholme Cottage is a traditional stone-built cottage with a modern, luxury interior. It has been designed with ease and comfort in mind. Underfloor heating and a logburning stove mean you'll be warm as toast while you relax and recharge your batteries. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Ribble Valley countryside in your own enclosed garden with serviced, covered hot tub. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Ribble Valley Lodge

Our delightful static caravan has views over the Ribble Valley, a family pool and bar complex. There are walks and cycling in every direction, easy access to golf and tennis, shopping in Longridge and Clitheroe and great pubs and beer bars within a 5 minute drive.
