A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Desconecta de la rutina en este alojamiento nuevo y moderno junto al estadio de fútbol metropolitano y muy cerca de ifema y del aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas. El apartamento tiene acceso desde la calle y cuenta con un solo espacio, pero dada su amplitud no necesitarás más. Se sitúa en un barrio residencial y tranquilo, con accesos muy rápidos desde la M40. El aeropuerto e ifema se encuentran a menos de 15 minutos en coche y el metro más cercano a 5-10 minutos a pie. Estarás como en casa!

Hola, soy María, dueña de este acogedor piso. Aunque soy la titular del alojamiento, la gestión la realiza mi hijo, Jorge, que será el principal contacto durante la estancia. El se encargará de recibirte y ayudarte con cualquier duda y asegurarse de que todo esté perfecto para ti. La zona es ideal para descansar, también está muy bien conectada con Madrid.
