It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. You’re perfectly placed halfway between the historic city centre and vibrant Leith, both an easy walk away. The Balfour Street tram stop is just 5 minutes on foot, with direct links to the airport.
