Lanai opens up to semi private beach and a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. There is Bay access too. Kayaks available for rent. There is a separate apartment above not included. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Accessible only by boat or private water taxi, "Family Tides" is nestled on Florida's Gulf Coast island of Little Gasparilla Island, or LGI as the locals call it. LGI is next to Boca Grande and its world famous Tarpon fishing, but offers a uniquely secluded and relaxed atmosphere consisting of 7 miles of undisturbed beach, unpaved cart paths that wind through lush tree canopies, and an old Florida vibe that will make you forget the mainland while you create memories with family and friends!

Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway only accessible by boat. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridge-less barrier island off Florida’s West Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.
