My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

With a large lounge, spacious bedroom, kitchen, laundry & bathroom, your house includes polished hardwood floorboards and has been freshly painted and tiled. Located in quiet area above the Waurn Ponds walk/bike track, it's just a few minutes from the Surf Coast Highway, Colac Rd, Geelong Ring Road, Epworth Hospital, Deakin University, Waurn Ponds Shopping precinct, Belmont Villiage, Grovedale Hotel, etc.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's..
