Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

This convenient self contained flat forms part of a 19th century period property located in a very quiet area in the heart of Upper Bangor, within minutes walking distance of a local supermarket (2 mins), train station (8 mins) , university and the city centre (10 mins). You have a separate access with on street free parking and views of the Snowdonia range of mountains. Local places of interest e.g. Zip World-8 miles away and Mount Snowdon-15 miles away. Caernarfon is 9 miles away.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.
