Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. The 'Green House' is a charming wood panelled annex cottage dating from the 1920s. It is in a quiet, rural location, but still close to the M74 so a perfect stop en-route to northern Scotland or southwards to the border and England. It has an AGA, central heating, king-size beds with electric blankets, private parking, full cooking facilities and utilities, as well as it's own 'private use' garden facilities with views over sheep farms and the Moffat Hills.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden

The Stables at Bankshill is a self contained cottage with king bedroom and large sofa. Private garden with patio and decking area with Scandinavian hot tub and outdoor kitchen . Dog Friendly. We also have The Firkin Hell, a private pub on site which you will get exclusive use of during your stay for music, karaoke, darts and retro games machine. BYOB as we are unable to sell alcohol. Perfect for a romantic couples retreat.
