Home from home twin bedroom and private kitchen where you can help yourself to breakfast/refreshments in a lovely bungalow situated in quiet area off Rossdowney Road. Access to bus service on Rossdowney Rd to City, every 15 mins, is within a 5 min walk. Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Various taxi services available. My aim is that you relax and enjoy your precious break.

A 10-minute drive from the centre of Derry, the Avish is a very spacious 18th-century farm cottage set in its own courtyard and grounds and lovingly restored. It's cosy, secluded and totally charming. Sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. Kitchen with programmable wood-pellet stove. Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
