Also right across from a gravel beach at the lake where you can swim/kayak/paddleboard/fish all day long! The house is equipped w/ a 2-man kayak, 2 paddleboards, pingpong, 2 large decks w/ lake-views, grill patio, & fire pit area for smores!

Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

The Shack

The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.
