The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Piggywidden, Lidcutt Farm, PL30 5BD

Lidcutt is a working farm in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you might want to visit. Piggywidden is a cozy converted barn with a double and single bedroom and unique features. There is an outside seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a field with pet sheep, alpacas and wildlife. There is a spare single mattress under the single bed which can turn the single bedroom into a snug twin if required. Due to being situated on a working farm we are unable to accept pets.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Lovely self contained space within walking distance of ancient Capital of Cornwall, and the river and mainline railway, lots of things to do and see. Fabulous base for lovely walks along the gorgeous Fowey River and up the valley to Restormel with easy access to the port of Fowey (short taxi ride or 10 minute drive) and the town of Bodmin, and on to the rest of Cornwall.

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washer/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)
