Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

This property is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. In the paddocks we have Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets. The estate is surrounded by miles of footpaths/bridleways/bike trails that offer enchanted hikes through old mills, sheep dips, and sunken hedgerow paths, many leading to village pubs ! Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk.
