Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

The Annexe is a Cedar clad bungalow located in the small hamlet of Higher Tremar. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the village of Minions which is an old mining village. The local area is great for walkers, nature lovers and bird watchers. It’s one of the top places to view The Dark Skies. The Studio at The Stables is in the heart of the village, along a leafy, private drive, yet under a minute from the nearest beach (there are 3) and even less to the nearest pub/restaurant (there are 6). With 2 private outside spaces to enjoy al fresco dining and lounging around after a hard day at the beach or exploring, you’ll be sure to relax and unwind in this stunning part of Cornwall.

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .
