We offer a kitchenette & work study. This loft is two blocks away from the James River/park. Also a near by store to rent kayaks, tubing & more!

We kept the lofts as open as possible to maintain the integrity of the building, so there is a bedroom area but it doesn’t have wall/a door. It has an open concept with the original wood floors throughout most the apartment. The bathroom is newly renovated as well as the kitchen. Its in a great location and just a few minutes from downtown, Liberty and the hospital.
