The house is furnished for your comfort, including well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for 10 guests, BBQ, & Wifi. 4 bedrooms sleep 8guests, +sofabed in the loungeroom for 2 extra. There's a cot set up, & a PortaCot is available on request. The area is quiet & peaceful, with lots of local options from nature to adrenaline. Located close to the Belgrave Sth shops, an easy drive to the Dandenongs' top attractions, and situated on 3.5 acres of native bushland and natural granite; this self-contained studio is a perfect base for couples and small families to experience all the hills have to offer. Enjoy the "toots" of Puffing Billy in the distance as you sip on a beverage while overlooking Menzies Creek, or take a walk down our private path to our little rainforest and discover the abundance of native flora and fauna.

Warringa Cottage Studio

This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, there is a walking trail to lead you to the shopping mall. The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.
