El salón es amplio y luminoso con dos balcones y un mirador. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El piso dispone de aire acondicionado (en toda la casa salvo los baños) y calefacción. There are 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people). It is located on the first floor of an old building. The building has no elevator. All rooms have AC except the bathrooms. Internet, heating, dishwasher, Washing machine dryer and house supplies. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay. This 200 m² apartment is located in a historic building dating back to 1925 and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are en suite). Completely renovated in early 2017, it has been lovingly decorated to make your stay cozy and is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, and is fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension. LIVING/DINING ROOM Large 60 m² living/dining room with a balcony overlooking the street and large windows that flood the room with natural light. It has a dining table for eight people and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a large TV. BEDROOMS Four bedrooms (three of them with en-suite bathrooms), with built-in wardrobes and TV. BATHROOMS Four spacious bathrooms, one of which is adapted for disabled guests, two with showers and one with a bathtub. We provide gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, hand soap, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and iron. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home.
