El salón es amplio y luminoso con dos balcones y un mirador. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El piso dispone de aire acondicionado (en toda la casa salvo los baños) y calefacción. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición.
