‘SUNSET HAVEN’ located across the road from the beach. Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the bay from the lounge room and kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite. The second contains a double/double bunk bed sleeping 4 and sharing a seperate bathroom.There is a large lounge room that has 2 pullout couches allowing 2-4 guests.The property is fully air conditioned and a gas log fireplace. As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Stay by the fire and watch the kangaroos and echidnas, or drive mere minutes to local attractions such as the Epicurean and hot springs. And if a Covid lockdown affects your booking we will refund your payments to us, regardless of the cancellation policy. Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Our 5-acre property is on a quiet and private road, close to all the activities and amazing restaurants that make Red Hill so special. Red Hill is known for its amazing wineries and restaurants, whilst also being close to Dromana Beach and Point Leo. We can sleep 8 people. We have x1 King bed , x2 Queen beds , x2 Single beds. Please note that access to Bed Room 4 is via Bed Room 3 (which has no door between the 2 rooms)
