We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Grace Cottage, Grade II Listed, Seaside Retreat.

A romantic 19th-century Grade II listed mini-townhouse in Ramsgate's historic Regency Liverpool Lawn. Built in 1830 perfectly located between the town center, Royal Harbour, and Ramsgate Main Sands beach. Restaurants, sea views, art, and culture are all nearby. The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Welcome to the Coach House – an 1830s listed mews cottage on a historic square right by the beach and on the edge of Margate’s Old Town. This is a central, cocooning and calming retreat, whether you're sightseeing or beachcombing. Walk 10 seconds to see the sea, 5 minutes and you're on the sand, or 1 second to sit in the garden. We've furnished the home slowly, with mid-century treasures, contemporary pieces, and a few Georgian antiques as a nod to the building's beginnings.

Petit Bleu is a beautiful cottage tucked away in Dolphin Street in the heart of Deal's historic conservation area. Recently fully renovated, it offers everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway! Perfectly located for everything Deal has to offer, the cottage is 50 steps to the beach, less than a 5 minute stroll to the bustling high street, and a 10 minute walk to Deal train station. There is also free parking only a few minutes away.

The regular loop bus service can take you to Ramsgate Harbour, Margate (Turner Museum) and Westwood.

The Coach House is an adorable cottage formed from the original former coach house and stable in the grounds of an imposing Victorian house. it is incredibly spacious inside and has a secluded private garden. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and is close to all amenities, a 10 minute walk to the beach and Royal Harbour and 12 minutes walk to the train station.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.
