Featuring bespoke detail throughout, our unique hideaway features a luxurious double bed with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the fenced private space with a fire pit/BBQ, games and seating overlooking the iconic White Horse. Tucked behind a wildflower bank with its own track and parking, this is a peaceful spot to unwind.

The Apple Shed @ Rose Cottage

The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

Riverside Studio Apartment

This unique place has a style of its own adjacent to the River Tutt, based on the edge of a charming historic town in the heart of North Yorkshire within easy driving distance of the Dales, Harrogate & York. The choice of a vibrant high street with inviting cafes, shops, pubs, restaurants or beautiful walks across the fields or alongside the idyllic River Ure. Points of historic interest include the Devils Arrows standing stones, beautiful Churches & buildings dating back to the 17th century.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

The original Telephone Exchange is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Monkton. Now converted to a cosy holiday cottage situated between Harrogate and the cathedral city of Ripon. Nearby is Fountains Abbey, Lightwater Valley and Newby Hall. Blessed with open fields on 3 sides, which includes a lovely spot to sit outside and unwind or watch the sunsets. When you are ready, there is a wood burner inside. The inside is open plan and surprisingly spacious with a well equipped kitchen

The Nestbox - Country Cabin With Outdoor Bath

Mainly open plan inside the carefully chosen vintage and upcycled furniture coupled with modern kitchen and high quality finishing touches make this a great place to stay. Lots to discover; historic houses, gardens, walk, cycle or take a drive in nearby Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales, Ripon 3 miles, Harrogate 11 miles, Grantley Hall 1.5 miles.

The well equipped kitchen & living area are open plan, with a private gravelled sitting area outside. There is private parking for two cars. Brearton is a delightful small Yorkshire village with a quaint 16th century country Inn, which serves delicious food. Numerous walks & places to visit from the door step.

Springhill Studio, Brimham Rocks Yorkshire Dales

A unique and romantic larch-clad studio with stunning views over Nidderdale, just a mile from Brimham Rocks. Once jeweller Alice Clarke’s creative space, it now offers a peaceful, stylish retreat with a hanging log burner and on-site parking.
