Wifi, smart speaker and smart TV for information, communication and entertainment. USB charging points & leads are available in the lounge and bedroom. On road parking.*

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.
