The home is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the valley of the sun. Arizona State University, Sun Devil Football, and the Mill Avenue shopping district are located just down the street. Perfect location for spring training with The Cubs stadium being only 2 miles away. Tempe Town Lake is within 1 mile, as well as shopping and dining at Tempe Marketplace. This is the perfect location for marathons like Ironman and Rock n Roll. Only minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and more! Uber and Lyft are abundant. Tempe's free Orbit bus route and bus stop is a small walk from the condo and will take you to mill Avenue shopping district, football games, and Tempe Marketplace among other places. Route and maps are available online. Light rail is walkable and a few blocks from the complex at the intersection of McClintock and Apache Blvd. Bicycles and scooters are available to rent on almost every block. There is an Enterprise car rental center just down the street located on McClintock Drive if you need to rent a car. The thermostat is turned off when no one is staying at the unit. To turn on just touch the screen and it will light up. You can then turn on heat or cooling and set the temperature to your liking by pressing the up or down arrows.
