Siamo nella campagna Toscana a 3 Km dall'uscita dell'autostrada A11 Altopascio (Lucca). Abitazione progettata per accogliere anche gli amici più fedeli dell'uomo...i cani, che possono correre liberi nel giardino tutto recintato di oltre 2000 mq con parcheggio. In 15 minuti possiamo raggiungere Lucca e poco dopo Pisa e la Versilia. In 40 minuti si arriva a Firenze....e poi Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimignano. A 300 mt passa la Via Francigena. Silenzio e relax. Casa con tutti i confort.

All'interno dell'azienda agricola, si trova l'antica casa colonica ristrutturata (ricavando 2 unità) rispettando lo stile rustico Toscano: pavimenti in cotto e soffitti di travi in legno. L'appartamento è composto da cucina, soggiorno con divano, camino e tv SAT, camera matrimoniale, cameretta e bagno. Piscina e altre aree di svago all'interno dell'azienda

L’appartamento è situato a Chiesina Uzzanese, in provincia di Pistoia, un tranquillo paesino da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente le più belle zone della Toscana. Vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada, dista 17 km da Lucca, 20 km da Pistoia, 28 km da Pisa, 37 km da Viareggio e 45 km da Firenze. Ancora più vicine le zone di Pescia, della Svizzera Pesciatina e di Montecatini Terme.

We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
