Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.

The room features a double bed with ensuite shower room, breakfast area with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs. Travel cot available.
