Pattishams Escape. Hot Tub, River and Dog Friendly

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, West Green Lodge is a beautiful detached dwelling in the picturesque countryside. An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. Experience a peaceful retreat in our charming shepherd’s hut, located in an ancient orchard in Devon. Surrounded by apple and plum trees, listen to the sweet songs of birds and the gentle clucking of chickens. A nature pond, often with nesting moorhens, is a few steps away. Relax with the chiminea or barbecue under the stars, whilst soaking in the outdoor bath. Secure bicycle storage with a rack for two bikes is available. The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

Haystore- Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards

Red Oaks

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.
