The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. Framework: The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Vous pourrez profitez d'une grande terrasse extérieure aménagée avec une douche extérieure. Vous pourrez stationner 3 à 4 voitures sur le parking privé. 2 vélos à disposition

Maison mitoyenne de pleins pieds de 80m2, 1 étage pour la partie nuit. au rez de chaussé espace de vie salon cuisine entièrement équipé donnant directement sur une grande Terrasse. vous êtes a 30 mètres de l'océan avec ces magnifique plage, la foret juste a côté. pour rejoindre le centre, ou restaurant , bar …. une ballade de dix minutes a pieds …. Autres remarques Les draps ,les serviettes et le ménage ne sont pas inclus. Option draps 15 euro par lit , serviette 5 euro. Option ménage 100 euro.

Jolie petite maison de pêcheur lumineuse. A proximité de l’océan, vous serez à quelques pas de la plage. Proche des commerces et activités, vous pourrez facilement tout faire à pied mais ATTENTION en été notre station balnéaire est très fréquentée et notre petite maison proche des animations (concerts) et restaurants perd de sa tranquillité, notamment en soirée. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous venons souvent profiter de ce petit cocon et nous sommes heureux de le partager avec vous!
