The space has just been remodeled and includes a complete kitchenette with hot plate for cooking refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom/shower, hair dryer, wifi 1.2 gbps, TV movie apps, driveway parking right in front of the studio, plus exterior space to chill out.

Our home is close to airports, parks, & public transport. You’ll love our place because of the location & the setting. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are happy to help you with locations and things to do. We enjoy campfires and you are welcome to join us. The yard is large and offers areas for kids to run and play. You will also have access to the rest of the home which includes billiards table, patio with barbecue and laundry facilities. You’re a 15 minutes drive to the ocean. We provide chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach.

We are in the same county as Sawgrass Mills, largest shopping destination in the US, and Seminole Indian Reservation.
