The apartment is perched on a small hill in Montovjerna, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik's Old Town is around a five-minute drive away, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is around 300 metres away.

House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

From the apartment walking by the stairs Lopudska street you can get ( 5 min ) to the local bus station, bakery, supermarket, green market, fish market, taxi stand, bars,restaurants, pharmacies. From local bus station it takes 10-15 min ride to the Old town and 25-30 min by walk.
