Με απόσταση 3χμ από το κέντρο του νησιού και 2xμ από τη νότια πλευρά του, το Παλιό Λιμάνι με τα εστιατόρια και τη νυχτερινή ζωή, καθιστά τα διαμερίσματα Κουζουνός ιδανική τοποθεσία για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Με θέα την παραλία Κουζουνός με τα σμαραγδένια νερά μόλις 40μέτρα άμεσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Αναπνεύστε.. Σπέτσες!

Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Character Villa with Private Garden and Pool

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

Idisti Villa in Spetses by the sea, top location.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

SunBlaze Studios, at St Nikolaos, between the most popular New(10') and the Old Harbor(7'), one block away from a beach for swimming, known for its long traditional mansions, romantic alleys, the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Close to super market/bus terminal/ bakery. Fully equiped (comfortable orthopedic mattresses, kitchenette/personal care products/wi-fi, A/C), with ample veranda, atrium for dining! (It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)

1865 Traditional Spetsiot House

In the Kounoupitsa area a stone warehouse and wine barrel workshop of 1865 was transformed many years ago into two country houses of a brother and sister. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent microclimate, one of the coolest on the island. Panagiotis' residence is cool, airy, fully equipped, for short or longer stays and has a beautiful courtyard to spend pleasant mornings and special evenings.

Double bedroom apartment with private bathroom and private veranda. Part of an old mansion built in the 18th century. Recently renovated so that it can comfortably accommodate two people. At the very center of Spetses island. Five minutes walking distance from main port. Five minutes walking distance from most attractions (main market, restaurants, bars, museums, Agios Mamas beach).
