Nesting within an avenue of giant sequoia trees, Lakewood Courtyard is quiet and peaceful, with peacocks and chickens for company. Own entrance. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Main bathroom has a sumptuous slipper bath and shower.There is a light and airy living room with 2 large comfy sofas, dining table, TV, books and some board games. There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. There is NO COOKER! There is an AIR FRYER! A gas barbecue also available.

Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. There is a shower room and a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully insulated with central heating the hut is cosy warm at any time of year. The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
