With this room you have your own kitchen, Do bring your own food/drink as you have a lovely big table, fridge freezer and wine fridge. You have all pots/pans/cutlery and plates etc to prepare a nice meal. Please ensure you remove your rubbish into the large bins out the front of the building. When you vacate, please ensure you leave the kitchen as found clearing your dishes. The kitchen is strickly out of use from 9pm - 8am. As guests in the room below and fire safety regulations.

Some rooms are dog-friendly, for an extra £20 per dog, per night, enquire if you wish to add a dog.

Arlan House is a 14-bedroom hotel right in the heart of Basingstoke located on a quiet residential road. At just 150m from Festival Place, we have excellent connections to all shopping and eating establishments and we are also within walking distance of the Anvil for those who are looking to visit Basingstoke to take in a show. Arlan House provides both free Wi-Fi and parking. Every room has a double bed, desk, a smart TV, private bathroom, bed linen and towels.

Our Interconnecting Rooms are the ideal choice for a relaxing stay for a group of friends or families. Rooms may vary slightly from pictures. They can either be set up as 2 Double Beds or 1 Double Bed and Twin. When booking, please specify which set up you require. We can also add a Cot if needed free of charge. And if you wanted to, you could add an additional bed and book the room for 5 guest. The extra bed is suitable for children only.

Rooms at the Quayside - offers a selection of beatifully designed boutique rooms on Poole Quay. Originally 18th century fisherman accomodation, now fully refurbished with 10 en-suite rooms all with smart tv, tea and coffee facilities and luxury kingsize beds with crisp white egyptian cotton, goosedown bedding and large soft bath towels. Positioned right in the old town tourist area of Poole Quay surrounded by bars, shops and restarants.
