Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Pubs, farm shop & 2 cafes all an easy walk. 1 dog allowed - £25 total (please enquire if more than one).

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.

The Barn @ North Lodge -Soho Farmhouse-esque Cabin

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Shepherd’s Hut, Blissford, New Forest, Hampshire

Medlars Shepherd’s Hut is situated on the edge of our paddock in the private surroundings of our home within the New Forest National Park. Warm and cosy, with its wood burning stove, it has an en-suite shower room, mini kitchen and a King size double bed. Make the most of all the walks, cycle paths and local pubs and eateries. Relax and unwind in the peace and quiet, and enjoy the view across the valley.

Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.
