Walking distance (250 m) to Shops, Woolies, Checkers, Dischem, Restaurants, Pub, Petrol station. 20 mins drive to uShaka airport; 10 mins to Durban main beaches; 10 mins to Gateway Mall; 10 mins to Umhlanga Ridge business; 10 mins to Umhlanga Rocks.

Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
