Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Escape to the Isle of Wight countryside in this peaceful, semi-detached cottage with three bedrooms, a large garden, wood burning stove and views across open fields. Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm. Guests can enjoy access with two other cottages to farm animals, playground, games room and heated indoor pool (Feb- Oct) - perfect for families seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!

Welcome to Fisherman's Loft a newly built property on the site of an original fisherman's boathouse in the heart of Wheelers Bay. We have purpose built this accommodation to comprise of open plan living space fully equipped , two double bedrooms a feature bathroom and a shower room. Views from the living room and deck are unsurpassed to the sea. The property is a level walk from the bars and restaurants that Ventnor offers.

Our three bedroom, three bathroom stone cottage was extensively renovated and maintained to a high specification. It is nestled in a sheltered spot on a quiet road a short walk from Steephill Cove. It comfortably sleeps six (and maybe a couple of extra children!). Please note that during school summer holidays we are only able to operate check in/out on Saturday.
