Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.

Additionally, guests can enjoy the benefit of free parking for one car, which must be requested at the time of booking.

Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Stay with us in our stylish spacious open plan annex, enjoy the countryside views and feeding our animals, including our latest Cria (Alpaca baby). Additional option to walk our boy Alpacas. Two double bed annex with EMMA mattresses, a cosy lounge with stylish sofa & a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our seating area outside the annex to enjoy the countryside fresh air and a drink. 10 minutes from Silverstone.

The Lodge at Burn’s Farm

Relax on your own or with up to 2 children/adults sharing a room at this well appointed 4 seasons made lodge and semi wrap around decking set just outside Mursley village in a picturesque on farm location and 10 minutes via car or accessed from the Redway route to central Milton Keynes by bike or foot. With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

The Lodge, a newly converted, stylish & cosy barn.

Cosy converted barn in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. Peaceful and private, The Lodge has just been renovated to create the perfect place to escape and unwind. New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Two lovely bedrooms in the eaves, one with ensuite shower room, king size beds, ELLE Decoration pillow top mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy towels and black out blinds.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
