You have the entire apartment all to yourself (kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an office). Shared backyard. Portage park is located about halfway between O’hare airport and downtown. It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). Garden unit, great for a small group looking for a base while they explore the city. 10 min walk from Logan Square Blue Line, restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and clubs. Explore the city from one of its best neighborhoods! In your downtime the space offers several chicago guide books and magazines. There is a Fire stick in the TV that has most major media apps installed. The alarm clock is also a speaker for your phone to plug into. Please make sure you read the amenities and house manual.

Stay in the Coach House of this exquisitely restored Historic Landmark Manor House, one block to Lake Michigan's beaches and close to town and NU. Enjoy the entire coach house which is renovated and includes a large bedroom with king bed and desk, a sun-filled living room/dining room, a full bath with claw-foot soaking tub and shower and a kitchen with amenities. The space can be equipped with an air mattress for an extra guest. Also available is a 3rd floor guest suite in the main house.
