The apartment is situated in the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, on the north-eastern part of Sithonia peninsula and within 5 minutes driving distance from Trani Ammoudia beach. It is just 200 meters from the picturesque square of the village. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a sitting room with a sofa bed. It has fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, WC/shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, TV and A/C. In our garden there is free parking area, barbeque and washing mashine.

It consist 2 big bedrooms with aTV, 1 room with only a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a Balcony The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies etc.

The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.
