Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The Farmhouse B&B

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Thirty second walk from the coop and 1 minute walk from Market street where you’ll find a range of great pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. One parking space conveniently located right outside the front door.

The Horseshoe Lodge Beautiful lodge with sauna

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Lodge is fully equipped plus fast broadband for working remotely. The village has 2 pubs and shop. Easy access to motorway.

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Redd Lodge Heart of the National Forest

Located in the heart of the National Forest a well presented three bedroom detached bungalow with off road parking. Redd Lodge offers great entertaining space with enclosed rear patio with access to a garage for storage. Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard. The bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower and the lounge benefits from reclining sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped inc, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, cafetière WIFI. Tea & coffee facilities are available.

Huckleberry Cottage

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Private wing in old farmhouse, EMA Donington Park

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Yea Big Wing

Yea Big Wing is a cozy, well equipped and comfortable annex. Completely self-contained with it's own entrance, with one car parking space allocated, whilst the drive is shared access with hosts. You can enjoy access to extensive gardens and great local Walks & Pubs. Situated in North West Leicestershire's beautiful countryside only a few miles from junction 13a A42 & junction 23 M1, making Loughborough, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham all around a half hour car journey.
