Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The house is part of the utopian vision of Saltaire created by Sir Titus to create a community village to house and support the mill workers. The property offers a unique base to experience Saltaire, within walking distance of the all the key local attractions.

Logs for the fire are available on request at cost.
